62. Smartphone

A telephone pickup (about $8 in Radio Shack) can capture signals emitted by wireless devices. When I attached a telephone pickup to Samsung Galaxy S3, I heard uniquely rhythmic and raw signals. The smartphone's raw sound gave me an idea to make a short piece. I used SuperCollider to enhance the "rawness" of the sound.
